I came across this on youtube a few years ago, but couldn’t find it when I went to look again. I remembered the source and luckily NPR has just moved the video to their own site. I loved it then and still do. It’s short and pretty darn fascinating (but I’m a nerd). The entire premise is whether people can walk straight when blind(folded) or without a clear point to guide their path. It changed my opinion on the matter. Let me know what you think about it.
This book is amazing. If there is a book that I believe everyone should read, it is definitely the selfish gene. No other book deals with evolution as clearly as the selfish gene. Now its a musical! Honestly, I don’t really care about the play. I just wanted an excuse to post something about the selfish gene. Check it out here.
